We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how LifeLife collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information related to our services, and what choices you have. Unless otherwise noted, this Policy applies to your use of the LifeLife client, mini program, website, and all related features.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information under the principles of legitimacy, necessity, and transparency:
- Account information: Nickname, avatar, email, Google/Apple identifiers, language preference, and similar data that you provide when registering or logging in.
- Device & network information: Device model, OS version, system language, time zone, IP address, and network type, used to adapt the interface, secure the service, and generate analytics.
- Usage logs: Scenario choices, run records, coin balance changes, timestamps, crash logs, and debug switches so we can display history, troubleshoot, and improve quality.
- Payment & transaction data: When you purchase coins or packages we store order IDs, product IDs (e.g., com.lifelife.20), amounts, channels, and status. Payment credentials are processed by Apple, Google, or payment partners who send us validation results.
- Support & feedback: When you contact us, we keep the contact information and description you submit in order to follow up.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain accounts, synchronize data across devices, and show your progress.
- Provide interactive stories, run stats, leaderboards, and achievements.
- Deliver purchased coins or items, reconcile orders, and review refund requests.
- Improve performance and security, including anti-cheat, crash analysis, and debugging.
- Send required service notices, such as policy updates or maintenance reminders.
- With permission, recommend personalized content or new features.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We may use Cookies, LocalStorage, or anonymous identifiers to record sessions, debug configurations, or count visits. You can restrict or delete these in your browser or OS settings, but some features may stop working.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We never sell your personal information. We share or disclose it only in the following situations:
- Business partners: To settle payments, host data, or analyze logs we may share necessary data with Apple, Google, or cloud providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by laws, courts, or regulators.
- Emergency situations: When it is difficult to obtain consent but disclosure is needed to protect your or the public’s safety or property.
- Mergers or acquisitions: If LifeLife undergoes restructuring, we will require the new controller to honor this Policy or obtain your consent again.
If cross-border transfers are necessary, we will comply with applicable laws and adopt appropriate safeguards.
5. Storage & Security
- We store data in locations that meet local regulatory requirements and international best practices, and protect it with encryption, access control, and permission segregation.
- Unless required by law, we retain information only for the shortest period needed to achieve business purposes. After you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your data according to regulations.
- Although we take reasonable security measures, the internet is never 100% secure. If a security incident occurs, we will notify you and take remedial actions as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You can manage your data in the following ways:
- View or change basic info such as language preferences inside the app.
- Review or delete historical gameplay records in the app.
- Log out or delete your account via the Settings/Account pages.
- We will gradually roll out more self-service tools and announce updates within the app. For other requests, contact us and we will respond within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
7. Protection of Minors
Minors should use LifeLife with guardian consent and guidance. We may provide safety notices, spending reminders, or content restrictions to comply with regulations. If guardians believe we have collected sensitive data from minors, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this Policy to reflect business changes or legal requirements. Updates will appear prominently in-app or on our official site and take effect on the announced date. For material changes (purpose, scope, or sharing), we will also notify you via pop-up or push message.
